GLU GLU Warranty (7 years)

Coverage: Reiberco Internacional S.A. warrants GLU GLU products for 7 years from the date of purchase against defects in manufacturing and materials under normal use in accordance with this document.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:

· Normal wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, aesthetic loss of coating).

· Damage from impacts, drops, dents, exposure to extreme heat or fire.

· Modifications, unauthorized repairs, or professional/industrial high-temperature use.

· Damage from improper cleaning (chlorine/bromide, industrial dishwashers, abrasives) or overpressure due to carbonated/fermentable beverages.

· Consumable parts (gaskets, straws) unless original defects.

What the customer needs to provide to process it:

· Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and batch/serial number if available.

· Description of the problem and photos of the product and the defect.

Solution: At the discretion of Reiberco Internacional S.A., the product will be repaired, replaced with an identical or equivalent one, or the purchase price will be refunded. This warranty grants specific rights that may vary according to applicable legislation. It does not affect the consumer's legal rights.
